West Coast Self-Storage Lacey

I asked how often they raise the rates and was told once a year. Wasn't there 6 months and already have gotten a notice they are raising my rates. Sent an email and was told I could come in to talk about it. Not going to use my time to go down there and have them tell me the same thing. The facility is clean and I appreciate that. But setting realistic expectations with clients is necessary in business. I can't quote my cake clients a price and then charge them something different when they pick up.

Very easy to rent a storage unit online. Facility is very clean. I stopped in the office to get a lock. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. A good experience for me.

I've been at this unit for about 6 months now and been paying every month and lately I haven't been able to access my unit on the 3rd floor due to no one fixing the elevator and the other night I tried to access my storage and there was a bunch of homeless people trying to get in without a code so I couldn't access at that time either it's very frustrating
