The staff here are really great. Super knowledgeable and quick to help. I have not experienced this quality of service in most other storage facilities over the years. Combined with the cleanliness of the site, it is definitely the best storage place I have ever used.

I am already a very satisfied customer at West Coast storage on Lafayette in Santa Clara, but I needed to work out exchanging some smaller units I had into a larger one, and Gloria was very helpful in making suggestions in coming up with a perfect solution for me!
