The man at the counter was very helpful, he showed me several units, knew I was going to take one and then told me of a great discount that he could have kept to himself. The building was clean and organized and I was very impressed

Everyone I have interacted with at the Shoreline, WA location has been great. Most recently, Dave helped me with getting an additional unit. Friendly and knowledgeable as always. If you have ever rented from the one orange storage company, then you will know that you often talk to a different person every time and no one is ever in the office. I have never had this experience at WSS. The staff seem to stay long term.

Dave and Phil are so helpful. I always get what I need when I go in the office to see them. The units are clean and well lit.

The service was great, Dave is pleasant, and professional to work with.

I have been looking for a storage that I felt was safe and secure and I’ve found one! It’s very clean and tidy and I feel as my belongings will be kept safe until I need to unpack again.
