Andrea, the new site manager, was a pleasure to meet today! I had questions about my unit and needed some assistance with unloading some items and Andrea went above and beyond to help! Experiences like this, make me glad I chose this location *
Rachel was extremely helpful with getting me the best unit for what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions (and I had a LOT). The location itself appears very clean and well maintained during my visit.

Cambria at West Memphis Storage was great! She explained every process completely to me due to this was the first time I've had to purchase a storage space. She was kind, patient and welcoming. I will recommend anyone that I know who may need a storage to this facility. Great customer service!
