Service was amazing. I had a lot of last minute requests and they were all were accommodated. Even during the winter storm service was barely disrupted. Very communicative and transparent.

Jason went above and beyond for me! I never rented a storage unit before and he literally spent almost an entire hour helping me step by step. His rates are amazing! He is very helpful and cares about his customers. I also was unable to remove my stuff from storage by the due date, due to the snow storm and he even pro rated my monthly amount which helped me tremendously! Without question, West Ridge Storage is the BEST in the city of Erie, PA. I highly recommend for anyone who wants a safe and secure place to store their valuables. Very spacious units for a low price! Thank you so much for helping me get my life back in order Jason! You are the BEST!

Jason has been very helpful and his pricing is very reasonable especially since I've been struggling with money. It's nice to know there are still good people out there. I'm gonna tell all my friends about west ridge storage. Update.. just got my sisters stuff out yesterday. Jason was very professional and courteous through the whole 6 weeks. He worked hard in removing all the snow so we could get her stuff. Much appreciated.
