Be sure to read your contract very carefully. They can and will raise the rent. Even if you pay everything in advance it doesn't matter. They'll draw you in by being nicey nice to your face and then 6 months later congratulations your rent is increased by $50. They only contacted me via mail as well, probably in the hopes that I wouldn't get the rent increase notice so they can auction my stuff off.

Stay away. Good luck finding a reputable storage facility period, they're all scum.

I love this place! The commitment to customer service is no match. The facility is well maintained, well lit and well secured.

I have had to get storage for the past few months and have had a great experience. The customer service has been great and all of my questions have been asked anytime I’ve called or dropped by. Thank you guys for all that you do!
