I’m reaching out to express my deep concern over my recent experience at Self Storage Plus, Westlake location i am highly concerned that my personal information given to this company with the impression that everything would be handled care unfortunetly i feel this may be a pond to scam
. Today, I encountered an issue with an employee named Stanley who i had to ask 3 times for his name before he gave it to me , whose attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. This is unfortunately not the first time I have faced similar treatment from him, and it has been increasingly frustrating.
To add to the frustration, Stanley informed me that the person I spoke with on Friday, who identified himself as “Mike,” was not a valid employee, which suggests that I may have received misinformation regarding my account. As a paying customer for multiple months, I find it unacceptable that I am given conflicting information without clear and consistent assistance on my account.
At this point, I feel as though my account is being mishandled or disregarded intentionally, possibly to pressure me into closing it. My inquiries are straightforward, and I am only seeking transparency and resolution. However, my efforts to address the situation have not been met with any constructive assistance.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter personally to ensure proper support and service on my account. Thank you for your time and attention to this issue.

I’ve spoken with Stanley and other staff at this location multiple times regarding the balance on my account. A few weeks ago, I called to request a payment deadline, and the representative I spoke to gave me a date that was two days away. However, within hours of that call, I was hit with an additional late fee. I’m not sure what went wrong on their end, but now my payments are due even sooner, creating a huge issue for me.
For nearly three weeks, I’ve been trying to resolve this matter, with timestamps of all my calls and messages left for management to contact me. The building is small, so I understand if they are short-staffed, but I find it surprising that even with managers visiting multiple times a month, no one has reached out to address my situation.
As a former manager myself, I know how crucial it is to ensure customer satisfaction, yet I haven’t received a single follow-up call. To make things worse, Stanley and other staff at this Westlake location have made loud, condescending remarks about my late payments, which is both unprofessional and disheartening. This treatment makes me feel as though my case is not being handled with care.
This location used to be a reliable place in times of need, but recent experiences show a stark decline in customer respect and service. I informed the staff of my parent’s passing, which previously received understanding and kindness from former employees. Unfortunately, the current team seems to lack that same respect, and I feel my situation has been ignored. I’m genuinely disappointed and insulted by the lack of care shown here.
