I will start by saying that my complaint has nothing to do with our one mover, Jeff, he was great and the only one out of 4 that was really hustling and cared.
I do not recommend this moving company at all! I tried reaching out to the owner with my concerns, but he has never returned my phone call. Our final charge was over double what we were quoted- mostly because 2/4 of the movers were so extremely SLOW- not to mention they banged items into my new walls causing damage and they were dragging heavy furniture on our hardwood floors, leaving scratches, instead of lifting and carrying.
We are not new to having movers- as a military family we have done numerous moves over 20+ years and we NEVER had the issues we did with this company.

Double whatever quote they give you. I’ve used movers in 3 separate states, same belongings, and always fast and efficient. Apparently these guys didn’t have a good groove because the amount of time estimated which is all the time it should have taken, took double that amount of time so in the end when I paid the new rate, twice what I was quoted, the guy receiving my money electronically had the NERVE to wait until it went through and then text asking for “54 more dollars” because they didn’t do the math correctly!! Already devastated to have given them so much extra (my single mom grocery money) I refused to pay any more. The movers were late, slow, took apart things I asked them not to, and crammed everything in to one room so that I had to tunnel my way through my living room. Other movers I have used had a system of team work down. These guys did not and it cost me hundreds of dollars extra. When I wrote a complaint to the company I never heard back. They literally took my money and ran and I was left feeling like a sucker and broke.

Disappointed! 1 1/2 hours late with no contact until I called the number where I had to leave a voicemail. Received a call back that someone was on their way. Ripped my expensive leather couch when loading. We found it when we were unloading. No response by the owner.

Sam and his team were outstanding! They were one of the most hard working teams I’ve seen. Everything was moved with care. But the most impressive part was their professionalism and courtesy! I hardly ever write recommendations but they exceeded my expectations. I will hire them again and you should too! Thanks Sam and team!!

Sam and his team were amazing. He was great with communication and took pride with our things. I never felt that anything was mishandled and he was positive the entire time despite a late night move in. If you’re looking for kind & well priced movers please utilize them!
