Westpointe Self Storage

I have rented a cargo van for the last 3 events , this location is super easy to work with, I had to change my time and drop off date and they were understanding and friendly. I will continue to rent from westpoint because of their excellent customer service.

Great staff very friendly property is very clean.

EDIT: chip continued to leave harassing voice messages and emails until my unit went to auction (I refused to give that man another dime, and the stuff in the unit was basically useless so I didn't mind letting it go).
You reap what you sow, Chip Malinoski. Uhaul better wise up and shutter you for good. You're a vile excuse for a human. Have the day you deserve.

Original: Get a new manager. Chip was an obnoxious, condescending jerk and I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to on both occasions I had to deal with him (renting a van and storage closet). Between him not understanding how technology works (but pretending as if he did) and the incredibly abhorrent voicemails he leaves, I refuse to do business with such a person. You catch more flies with honey rather than vinegar. A customer service class would do him wonders. I'll return to going to the 39th st location. Those guys have it down to.a science, and somehow they're not total jerks about it. I dropped over $100 easy in about 25 minutes, and Chip acted as if I peed in his morning coffee. Corporate better take some action or they will continue to lose valuable business in the city of Yukon.
