Westside Mini Storage

Nobody ever calls you back trying to pay rent, supposed to be auto pay but never works. I left a message over a week ago with my credit card number and my phone number and still have not gotten a call back

We finally moved out of a unit that we have had with Westside Mini Storage for 4 years. Justin and Dani have been so helpful throughout our entire process. They have let me stay in well after closing on occasions, helped cut off locks when I lost my keys, and even helped load some heavy items that I had a hard time unloading by myself. They have gone above and beyond customer service and I am grateful for their service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing storage in the Red Bluff area!

Units are extremely hot and full of spiders. No one is ever on site and takes multiple days to return phone calls. The gate has common issues not allowing you access your property. The women is extremely entitled and rude.

I wouldn’t have my stuff in another storage anywhere. I actually have had my storage unit here for a couple of years. And I am very, very happy with the service I get and the security of this place.
