Really cannot think of a better rental company. Been using them for years and will forever. They understand when you hit a snag at a job and find the best way to help you without ripping you off. Owner is a really stand up guy that cares about his customers. A+++ the bomb.com for sure. All other rental places are just fighting for silver.

White Bear Rental has better prices and service than any other rental shop, with literally any tool or machine you might need. I own a small business in White Bear and Dan and the folks at the counter have been critical to it's success, always professional and knowledgeable with all the various rentals I've required. Keep up the great work! Will be back!

I've rented items from here multiple times a year for multiple years, and everything always goes as expected. This last time, there was an issue (user error on my part), but the owner personally called and went above and beyond to take care of me. It wasn't necessary but greatly appreciated. The staff is always very accommodating and efficient. Love having this place close to home!

Equipment is good, but its more expensive and the customer service is poor. They will nickel and dime you with fees and the way hours are calculated compared to other rental companies. I had a hitch that they claimed was too low so they forced me to rent a different hitch from them. Every other rental place I have been to would have just give me the hitch since they didn't like the height of mine. I lived close to Columbia Heights Rental before moving and they have better pricing and amazing customer service...I might make the longer drive in the future to them.
