White Glove Express Movers

They stole our money, we planned the move two months in advance, on Saturday, which was the day of the move, we called the phone number that appears and they did not answer even though they said they worked on Saturdays, my husband went to the place indicated on the map and apparently that company does not exist. Then they called us to say that they weren't in town and wouldn't be back until Sunday night, we asked them about a refund and they hung up on us.
These are scammers

I truly agree with the sentiments here that this company is so professional. They are very careful with your belongings and are proactive in doing what they need to to protect walls , floors, etc. My valuables couldn’t be put in better hands other than mine. And they’re prices are pretty reasonable too.

Very Professional and fast service

I’m very over joyed with the service I received from this company.

Stay away from this company! First off, this company does not know the meaning of white glove service! We were scheduled to start moving at 9 am and they did not come until 1 pm! I had to call them and ask them if they were still coming and they kept pushing the time! Next, they damaged both the house I moved out of from and my new house I moved into! I was told not to worry because they have a claims department and they would take care of the damages. It has been a month now and I have been calling and talking to different people and I have been getting the run around! I ended up paying close to $700 for moving basically 1 bedroom and a sofa set and I was left with a damages on both houses and the worse customer service ever! If I can help spare anyone from so much headache and unprofessionalism please stay away from this company! This company does not even deserve 1 star! Stay away from this company and let everyone else know about how bad this company is!!!

Looking over my review, this company tried to respond to my original review 2 years ago and responded a year later saying they will help me out. But as soon as I posted this review, they called me and told me since I gave them a bad review they will not honor any claims!!!

Stay away from this company! Not worth the headache!
