White Star Movers

My experience today with White Star Movers Mike P and Robert S were over the top. They worked in a professional manner, were punctual, used time wisely, and did a great job with the treatment of my belongings. They were courteous, polite, didn't mind if I changed my mind. They asked questions to be sure they understood my notes. They went above and beyond what I expected. Wow. I would definitely use this service again. Marlene F. 8/15.19

My experience was very similar to the review posted by "cool doctor". I used Mayflower/White Star for a move from Michigan to California. Eric C came to my house and estimated my items to weigh 4500 lbs (because what they charge you is in some part based on the weight of your load) and quoted me $4200. When moving day came, everyone was complaining about the amount of stuff I had and it not fitting into the truck they brought. Then, they said the actual weight was 6450 lbs and wanted to charge me a ton of extra money...as if it was my fault Eric miscalculated by almost TWO THOUSAND LBS. They claimed I'd be able to track the truck's journey online, but I never had access to that service, and my items ended up arriving a week later than the estimated delivery date. As far as the condition they showed up in...see the attached photos. Please note the "FRAGILE" markings on the boxes. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend.

White Star has moved us twice which also included extended storage of our belongings. They did an excellent job and delivered on time. I highly recommend them!!
