Review:
Haven't rented a U-Haul in more than 20 years so I called to clarify some details. Spoke with Reid who was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly service-oriented. I wanted a van for a one-way trip and, although he wasn't able to provide one, he informed me of several nearby locations which likely could. He even told me if to call him if I found myself in a pinch and he would do what he could to help. This was a refreshing experience and I appreciate Reid's personable dedication to service!
