Maybe I just got a bad receptionist but the customer service was very unprofessional. I called for a quick quote as I am wanting to have multiple options before making my decision. The receptionist took 45min and never gave me a price when I reiterated that I just needed an estimated cost so I can weigh out my options. I decided to look for quotes elsewhere. When I told her that I wanted to do that she began getting very passive aggressive. I hung up and she has been harassing me since. I gave my information to what I thought was a reliable company. Now she has been blowing up my phone because she did not get the sale. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with getting multiple quotes before making a decision. Especially when you are paying thousands of dollars. This does not give anyone the right to harass a customer after they already said no. I was very polite and have never been harassed by a “business” like this. Glad I didn’t go through with this company. Mind you she is still blowing up my phone as I type this when I have only said one things.
