Very friendly staff and easy access to the grounds.

So far it's been a wonderful experience, the staff is awesome. The absolute only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the hours that I am able to access my storage. They don't open until 9am and you have to off the property at 5:45

As far as customer service or prices I really don't have anything to comment. I went there to help my mom get some things out that she needed. I know she wanted to get rid of her 2nd container and combine all the stuff her and one other person had into 1 because it was costing too much. The storage container itself seemed like it was pretty clean and there were no issues that I noticed with the integrity of the units. But one thing I did not like was that there was no shade anywhere! I know it's not a place that's designed for sitting in the shade but it would be much appreciated especially in these hot summer days. They should make some kind of extensions off the storage containers (maybe with the use of solar panels) or get some shade going by planting a couple of trees (and that would be good for the environment). Last time we went they had their service guy trying to get into a container and he had the entire back of a pick up truck filled with tool boxes but I guess none that could help him because he was at it the whole time I was there (45mins) plus however long before I came and however long after I left. I almost asked him if he needed some help. He said he was the only service guy and he was stretched pretty thin. They should probably hire some more help, just saying.

Wildomar storage and RV was the most professional company as far as customer service I’ve run in to in a long time. As a businessman I can only wish my customer service was half of what I experienced here. This is a ten star outfit. If they have a waiting list, get on it! Even if you don’t have anything to put in it. They are that good. I called all the storage facilities in the area and this one was the only one that answered the phone with a live person. And it just got better from there. Sara made me feel like they really wanted me there. That’s what customer service is all about! Stop here at this review, and make the call. You will never regret it.
