You would get five stars except I was given a lock violation hmmm. My lock was too puny for that door hardware that was punyer.

This was a last second in a pinch storage rental and technically it did it’s job. The initial rental process was fast & easy and making the payment is easy since they text and email me to remind me and the message includes a link to make the payment.
The only issues I have with the unit is it’s terribly overpriced! I had one the same size in OC the same month I obtained this one and it’s was $37 dollars compared to the $117 or so I pay meow. They haven’t raised my rent yet which is nice and I believe I got
A half off first month special however i moved in
half way thru the month so truly it was just prorated.
Beware of the two week notice you have to give
to move out! That’s the worse!
I am consistently charged protection plan charges when I have told them I carry my own personally insurance for half the price which is actually insurance not hinky storage unit “insurance”.
The unit is just a ho-hum outside unit that is easily assessable and pretty much drive up but it’s very hot
inside and dusty and I have to be careful what I store in there due to the heat . It seems to be secure and safe as there are double gates once they are closed and a live in manager . So far no pest or rodent problems, thankfully.
The hours aren’t the best as they aren’t open late at all even on the weekends but I feel like this may increase the security and safety of my belongings. So I can deal with it . It’s in a semi questionable area so that’s a big concern. It was the only unit available in town at the time so I had no choice .
I can’t say I hate or love the place it’s just whatever. Overpriced, though. Overpriced . Like everything else these days .
