I moved twice with them in the past four years. From the beginning to the end, they showed up right on time, very professional and no hidden cost . My move wasn’t easy with my baby grand piano, many ceramic large art pieces and lot of fragile China, crystals, etc. One of my art piece was broken during the move which they took care of it very quickly. I’m very happy with this moving company that I highly recommend to everyone. I think their pricing is very reasonable for what they do. I’ll definitely use them if I ever move again.

Willamette Express is a top notch moving company. I highly recommend them to everyone . They were super efficient and treated not only me but my belongings with respect . Do not hesitate to call them and book them for your next move ?

EDIT: Their response saying they offered a replacement is a blatant lie! In what world does it make sense for me to decline a replacement and then sue for a replacement/compensation? So, not only do they lack integrity, but apparently, they are dishonest as well. I wasn't planning on adding photos, but I won't be seen as the problem here.

Extremely Disappointed with This Company

I am beyond dissatisfied with the relocation service my complex hired for tenant renovations. This company broke my $800 reclining couch on October 9, 2024, and has been completely unresponsive to my compensation requests.

I immediately reported the damage by emailing the address listed on their website—no response. I also called and was told someone would follow up, but no one did. After multiple calls, I finally received an email with contact information for someone who could assist. They sent a representative—not a furniture repair specialist, but a hotel manager and friend of the owner—to assess the damage. Unsurprisingly, they confirmed what I already knew: the couch was broken.

I submitted photos, videos, and all requested documentation, but after that, the company completely ghosted me. It’s suspicious how communication stopped as soon as they realized compensation was necessary.

I’ll be filing a court claim over this. Based on my experience—and similar complaints in other reviews—I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Willamette Express has been an integral part of our warehousing and installation on many projects we have done in the NW. Jon, the owner is always willing to help and do anything he can to make our experience a good one.
