Horrible company that will break everything you own and offer pennies on the dollar. When told about the numerous poor reviews, the owner simply says 'they don't matter to me.' He is glad that his company breaks service members items, and he is all too happy that he gets away with it. Find a better, more professional company. We've had wonderful luck with United. Not one item broken by United. Williams on the other hand broke over 4 pages of items and claims to have lost my.parts kit, which I truly believe was set aside simply so they wouldn't have to put things together.
Run as far away as you can from this un-American company that doesn't care about service members, their families or their customers. Our claim was over $7500 worth of damages conservatively, and we received nowhere near that amount. In 22 years of.moving in the military, I've never had to.put in this large of a claim, and on some.moves, there were no claims necessary.
Zero surprises at the many one star reviews regarding ruined items. Located a significant distance away from their home base and the truck driver's driving was so bad, I tried to call to report them to the company but no voicemail or way to leave a note. 80 in a 55 is incredibly dangerous and the driver clearly did not care about other drivers' safety and continued tailgating horribly.
Worst moving company! Lack of professionalism, do not handle your property with care and will not assume responsibility for their mishandle. Do not recommend
They will damage your house hold goods then only offer you not even half the price for reimbursement. Scratched the paint on my $1700 patio set and broke the support beam on my $2700 couch.
First off, the truck sat for 3 weeks in Memphis then I was never given a delivery date, I had to call them. Then when they finally decided to deliver, it was a no notice call and the driver asked me can I meet him in an hour. After the unpacking, I noticed they damaged my TV and a couple of other items. I filed a claim on 28 Aug and called today, 15 Sep, to get an update on the status. The lady who answered looked me up in the system and said, 'oh we haven't looked at your claim yet'....it's been almost 3 weeks and you have touched my claim at all??? Then when I asked when it would be looked at, she said sometime next week and then maybe another week or so before I get the offers for my items, not to include the time it takes for the payments office to process the payout...I'm sick of them.
