This has definitely been THE BEST customer service I have EVER encountered. I was in a very difficult situation and needed some help to move a large sectional sofa. It was short notice (a day) and I couldn't find help anywhere!!!! Well Rick texts me back and said he could help. They showed up on time and wouldn't let me lift a finger. They even went above and beyond what I expected. These guys have restored my faith in customer service, the phrase 'I am here to save the day' ...that's what they are in every way!!! To add icing to the cake the price was more than reasonable. Thanks guys, you are AMAZING!!

Williamsburg Movers did an excellent job, start to finish with my recent move. They were professional, careful with my piano and household goods, and reasonable priced. Highly recommended.

Rick, the owner of Williamsburg Movers, was so pleasant to work with! My job was not the usual, because it involved moving a large piece of woodworking equipment from a friend's basement to my woodshop. Rick was so understanding about the fact that I was coordinating with equipment owner, a technician, his movers, and me. I never felt uncomfortable that I was giving him a 'difficult' job... in fact, he was extremely patient and understanding, and when he and his two helpers showed up, they were great! I was SO very pleased to get not only professional, but very pleasant service:). I was a very happy customer yesterday when they left. They treated me very well & did a good job.
