It was better with the previous owner. Now you only talk to a call center and the person that gets sent the messages never returns calls or emails. I gave notice in mid-April that I was vacating the unit the end of May. Low and behold I was charged for June on 5/31. I had a temp controlled unit but when I moved out there was mold on some of my furniture and on the pallets that I had placed the furniture on. I've called and emailed and still haven't gotten a return call. They kept $108 for me not sweeping out the unit.

They don’t even deserve a one star reserved two storage units someone cancelled reservation called talked to manager names will promised me he had them and blocked them out for us come the day we were ready to move in he wouldn’t answer his personal cell he gave me said he had an emergency no sorry no nothing.this is the most poorly ran business around and especially in a small town doing customers the way you did won’t stay in business uhaul needs to crack down on these people if they want to keep their reputation
