What a fantastic and supportive experience we had! Both Jason and his wife Jill embraced our needs of liquidation after our mom passed away and helped pack and move large and small, fragile and donatation worthy items from a large 3bd 3ba Manhattan apartment in just a few short days with respect and compassion. We tried the more established company names in Manhattan and found them to be unrealistic on dealing with “thinking” grieving families. They tend to swoop in and reap large unshared profits from content sales without being transparent on any level. Sellers Beware!! We were a bit too smart for a number of them and not until we met personally with Jason did we feel we had the right fit. Willow offers options that are clear and easy to understand. You can pay for the pack out and move and they will also auction (see other post) and share proceeds or if you’d prefer not to wait on digital sales marketing you can negotiate and accept a cash buy out and will takes on the risk. We chose the later after a lot of our own research. All in all it was a smooth option that I would absolutely recommend.
