This place is the best!!!!

This company has a 5 star in my book as well as the entire Hudson Valley. They heard we were donating 1000 turkey baskets in the middle of a pandemic to families in need and reach out to us to help immediately. The next day they were there with a trailer to store the food. I'd like to add we are an hour and 25 min away. Absolutely amazing and kind. I speak for the entire Hudson Valley when I say that we appreciate this company and their service.

Robert Potz and all the folks at Mobile Mini are great. They were profession, responsive to my questions and on time with my deliveries. My mobile office and mobile storage were delivered on time and in new condition. The delivery drive was profession and skilled at setting the storage and office containers where I required.

I will definitely use Mobile Mini on my next project.

I recently was in the market for storage / cargo containers. I did my due diligence and researching in renting vs. purchasing containers and came across Mobile Mini in New Milford, CT.

My initial call to the office in New Milford where I spoke to Rob Potz - I'm so glad he answered the phone to help me! Rob explained how things worked with his company and invited me to take a look. Upon my arrival to the yard, Rob and his staff were super helpful in picking out containers to fit my needs. His knowledge and experience were invaluable in selecting sizes, condition and usage for my needs. I felt confident I was going to be taken care of and all of his promises were fulfilled (I don't find this the case all the time with other shopping experiences). I was concerned about the delivery, along with timelines and prepping the area for the delivery. Rob had it all covered and explained that his delivery team would take the time to make it right until I was happy and it was actually true!

We scheduled a date and time for delivery, but two days prior, I had to change it (issues I had created, not Mobile Mini). I called Rob and he contacted me back immediately, rescheduling a new delivery date... this again is not the norm, so I was so grateful that he was so easy to work with.

Sorry this review is so long, but it isn't very often that companies follow through with what they promise. However, Rob from Mobile Mini delivered exactly what he promised and more!

On the date of the delivery, the Mobile Mini team went out of their way to make sure I was 100% satisfied and fulfilled all of my requests and needs.

Everyone from Rob and his office staff to the delivery team were excellent. They were patient, professional and outstanding in every way.

I have to say that if I am ever in the market for more cargo containers, my first call will be to Mobile Mini. I research everything all the time and shop around and they were not only competitive in price (actually cheaper) but their customer service was worth its weight in gold... and they stand by their products.

5 Stars... 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10... however you would like to rate it; and I don't give too many perfect scores on online reviews!
