They agreed to a relatively small credit for a faulty container and seem to be making intentionally extremely difficult to get the actual refund. It seems they were upset that I asked that the doors function properly so that they could be locked. Renter beware if there is any issue after delivery. They keep auto charging my credit card and never applying the credit. I will need to ask for another credit soon for the ridiculous amount of follow up I have had to waste time on.

Beware! During the period of time we had the unit our account was on auto pay. Now 6 months after the unit was picked up we are presented with a final invoice for cleaning and misc other charges. They claim they sent this invoice immediately following unit pickup. If so why was it not paid be the auto pay? So today I am paying an invoice that I have no way to contest as it is 6 months later and the items on it are questionable at best.

One of the best customer server experiences I have had. Bryan was easy to deal with and sales prices met my budget.
