I have never left a review for a business before, but wow, that was quite the disappointing experience on the phone. Trying to call a local facility, get routed to Phoenix and when I do speak to somebody in Phoenix they tell me they can help me and then they transfer me to a repeated recording that says, 'We do not accept solicitations at this time'. That says a lot of things about the culture...

Overall a very good temporary storage unit. Beware they say it's a monthly cost/charge, but they're month is actually 28 days. So beware of your return date if you want a full month's worth, or surprise you could be charged for an extra month! Every time I call I speak to someone different, often out of state.

They are extremely rude and impatient. If you do not answer the door or the phone within 1 minute they leave and never return your phone calls. If you happen to talk to the office manager at this location, he is very condescending and demeaning. I will never, ever use this company again!
