Wilton Self-Storage

I've been a customer here for 2 years and all I have to say is Sue is an amazing human being! I wish there were more people like her in the world!

If our family could leave no stars we would. I needs to be know that this storage facility has impeded a probate case 2 months because the secretary Sue refuses to answer the phone, rarely returns emails. We are dealing with an out of state probate case and needed assistance from the owners with one simple piece of information and Sue would not contact them or have them call us. We have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals office in regards to this matter and will be pursuing any and all extra fees incurred civilly through the court against Sue. This matter could have ended in March here it is May and still no contact from the owners. Very poorly run. I also would like to include the fact that my grandfather was locked inside there facility at one point as well and could have been there over night had we not contacted the police department to have someone open the gate.

Do not use this storage facility..

They are awesome.
Clean, well-maintained, reasonably priced.
Good people. Will work with you if you're having difficulty.

FAR better than Milford Mini-Storage.
We left them because of the totally careless attitude & lousy maintenance.
Mice, people LITERALLY trying to break in, people literally living there, would not replace light bulb in light, in our aisle (mentioned at least 3 times); we complained & 'lady' told us that there were other places that we could rent from. We did!
What terrible PR!
