The moving company is horrible. If I could give them zero stars I would. The company does not care about it's customers and they do not plan for your move. I scheduled an on island move for 3000 lbs of good and it is taking them 2 days to move all of my items. A teammember came to my house at 9 am & packed all of my goods by 1130 am. They told me they can't move the things to my house until the following week. The front office said they cannot move my things today because the team is at a family event. I told them we had a cleaning scheduled for the following day and the office would not help. I would recommend you to go with a different mover & don't bother calling there office for updates.

Started cursing and left my wife in tears. As soon as I got home from work they shoved the move paperwork in my face asking me to sign before I could even make sure it was all there. When I asked them to unpack my belongings and place them in the kitchen they started cussing and refused stating they don’t do that. Refused to help unpack, upset my wife so much she was crying by the time I got home, starting slamming my stuff in the kitchen cabinets. Horrible experience on 01-FEB-2022

If I could give 0 stars I would. We moved out of state and when we received all our stuff we had lots of issues. Half our bowls were broken because they didn’t wrap them individually. They left their trash in our boxes, they just threw empty tape rolls into our boxes and taped them up. They broke one of our lamps because they didn’t properly wrap it. Our Xbox was just wrapped in paper and put in a box with random stuff. They didn’t even attempt to place things nicely they just threw things in boxes and called it good. They also shipped my husbands motorcycle and they stabilized it horribly. Luckily nothing went wrong but they wrapped the tie downs through his tires and almost broke the brakes. Military families beware when you are given this company as your movers cause you’ll just end up filing a long claim because they will break your stuff.

Refusing to pick up our boxes after delivering our HHG. Delivery was good, but their office is ignoring my calls and messages. I'll also be forwarding feedback though the Navy that they shouldn't use these guys!
