They are not responsive, I scheduled Box pick up and they didn’t give me a time on when they are picking up the boxes. I called and left messages after messages. I am Not sure how the military awarded them the contract. I will Have to call transportation and find out how they can do better in awarding these contracts. Horrible customer service!! I do Not recommend them at all.

This was a horrible experience. They packed our things improperly and our practically brand new leather couch was completely destroyed/crushed in the move. The love seat and chair were also damaged badly. They also marked that all of our furniture was chipped and torn, when it was in perfect condition, which made it to where we couldn't file a claim for reimbursement when we moved.
Basically, they ripped us off of $4000 worth of real leather furniture. Would never recommended. Highly unethical company.

This company's customer service is very poor, I made a complaint on 15 August, 2019 and was promised several call backs but non yet. The complaint was a result of the movers careless actions by leaving debris (wood with nail sticking up) in the common access road. The main office did not even offer an apology, instead they proceeded to ask me how did I know it was their driver's debris. Hmmm, if I see someone at my door with a screwdriver and when I get to my door I see a loose screw? Hmmm what am I to conclude?

These people were horrible and very unprofessional. It took them over 10 hours to move our stuff. I've moved the same stuff before and it only took at least 4 at most. They also broke our couch, TV, and dresser and now will not respond to us. Do not book them, they do not care about you or your stuff.

Made everything go smoothly and helped unpack.
