Windward Moving & Storage Co

Windward moving recently did an in-town move for us. The movers were exteremly careless moving boxes and furniture off the hardwoods floors on the lower level. This resulted in $1000 in damage to the floors that I had to pay out of pocket. Myself and the property management company who owns the home made repeated attempts to contact Windward to fix the damage, however they do not return phone calls or emails.

These people are extremely unprofessional. I work at one of the facilities that they were bringing my tenants belongings to, and every other word was f*** this and f*** that. Which honestly, that language doesn't personally offend me, but you're on the job and there is a time and place for everything. Their derogatory slurs towards women is what really got me though. Avoid these people at all cost. There's plenty of other moving companies on this island and we shouldn't support the bad ones.
