They had a complete inventory of things but had to leave things on the list because they didn't have room. They left a washer and dryer, a queen bed, a TV, a book self, and a commercial sewing machine. Do not use them

Do not go with this company! This is a scam. When I first booked I was promised that I would not be charged any extra than I was charged. I moved less than 500 miles away and still did not get my items on time with the drop off date I provided. When they get to your apartment (if you are moving to one) they will charge you extra just to unload. They also will not unload your belongings until you have paid them the extra money. I was also charged over $1600 and I had no furniture and less than 30 boxes to move. Also, most of my items were missing and/or stolen. If I could give them 0.1 stars I would.

These people are a bunch of thieves! Beware! They book low rate moving companies and the over charge your, and ruin your furniture!

We LOVED Wise Moving Company. The customer service leading up and day of was outstanding. They were within the window, took great care of our products, and solved any issue that arose. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for taking care of the Quinn family!
