RUN before using this company. This is by far the worst company I have ever used in my life. We used them for moving and storage. Biggest mistake ever!!! They ended up damaging almost ever piece of our furniture. Furniture that was just purchased at that. They lost parts of our bed, scratched and chipped every piece of our master bedroom set, scratched and chipped all of our new born babies furniture, broke kitchen items from stacking the boxes to high and crushing them, dropped our solid wood kitchen table and split the wood all the way through on one side to the other, and ever chair that goes with it has chips and scratches. We filed a claim and it took over a month to get a response and then they sent back a settlement offer of $70!!!! And try talking to the owner, laughable. She is by far the rudest person with no customer service skills at all. If you want to end up replacing everything you own then go ahead and hire them, but if you care about your property, and want someone else who will as well, look elsewhere.

To your reply. The $70 is nothing but a slap in the face. On the table, as I told you they may or may not cover damages done by a third party under our warranty. The whole top needs to be replaced again due to damages caused by your company. The table top would not have snapped if it was not dropped by your staff. And the offer to do the repairs..I asked you who and how the repairs will be handled on all the other pieces of furniture and you will not answer so don't act like you care or are trying to make it right to save your business reputation on google.

Wise Moving has provided a competitive quote, and great pre-move communication and updates. The team was on time, professional, courteous, and very accommodating. We've used many good move experiences in the past, and the Wise team was the best yet.

Wise Moving Company did an excellent job! They packed up our house and put our items in climate controlled storage for a couple months. Then they moved us to our new house. They had excellent pricing and took care of our belongings.

This was the best move that I have experienced. Starting with the accurate estimate and information provided prior to the move. I was given a call and a text the morning of the move with the approximate time of arrival. They also asked if there was anything else I needed like moving boxes, picture boxes, etc. When the professional movers arrived, they carefully wrapped all my furniture in moving blankets & shrink wrap, being careful not to damage my hardwood floors in the process. They loaded the truck & will be storing my items until my new home is ready. I am recommending them to my daughter for her move, and highly recommend them to anyone.

We move every 2-3 years and Wise Moving are the best movers we have used. From start to finish everyone was professional and friendly, they treated our belongings like their own and placed everything in the rooms we designated. The crew worked well together, we will definitely use them again.
