Witchley Movers

Would give 0 stars since they did not show up. Scheduled a move with them through U-Haul with a confirmed date, time and address. When the time to move came they did a no call/no show. The number I previously called and texted that worked in the past was either off or they blocked me.

I figured that this service, being offered by Uhaul's rental website, would at least attempt to work with me after I had already paid them to load my truck. I called the day I reserved Witchely to confirm, and Brian said he couldn't confirm my reservation because he was 'out in the woods' and would call me back. He never called back, and shocker, no one ever showed up, so I had to pack my entire home myself and lost the entire day.

I tried calling the number provided and Brian eventually blocked me. I have NEVER in my entire life experienced this kind of negligence from a 'business.' If I don't get a full refund, I will be taking legal action. Lesson learned - TRUST THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!!!

6/2/2020 Um these “movers” confirmed they were going to move me at 10 am today the night before... and this morning they disconnected their phones so I couldn’t get into contact with them. I just have has knee surgery so here I am with a truck.. no movers... and stranded. Do not use these people they are frauds, and unprofessional. I cannot stress enough what POS the people are they’ve left me in a really bad jam

I had called them Sunday morning to see if they could help my daughter and I move. They said yeah sure send a text message of address and time. I was in relief because I had no one to help move the heavy stuff. When the time came they never showed up. I called them and their phone was off and went to voicemail. I was stuck doing it alone with my mom! Not reliable and will never recommend them.
