I would also give Woodland Moving & Logistics Inc. zero stars if I could. The owner, Ed Graves, also owns Quality Services Moving in Lorton, VA. We marked and paid for the option for “full replacement value”, however when it came to claiming damages they paid out pennies on the dollar saying it’s worthless and depreciated. And please Ed Graves, don’t bother replying with your generic response of “Thank you for your feedback we take all claims seriously…” BS, because you don’t. You drug the process out for months and only paid us when threatened with legal action. The chairs, below, are an example.

Akeem, Imanuel, Jaime, and Pancho did a wonderful job helping us with our military move delivering our household goods to us. Extremely polite, professional and I enjoyed talking to them throughout the day. Thank you for your hard work. We really appreciated all you did for us.

Joseph Y. and Joel M. Are the ones that dropped off my belongings and were honestly fantastic. They were super efficient and helpful with everything. Very kind and good people and helped with every concern I had on some damaged equipment (they didn't damage any thing but some furniture was damaged prior to them receiving and unloading). But they are awesome people very kind and respectful. Made my family and I feel taken care of and we appreciate everything they did for us making this military move a great experience overall.
Anthony Hill, Frank, and Carlos did a great job with packing took time to make sure everything was good and accounted for. They made this experience easy and worry free with there level of experience and were very helpful with all the questions and concerns I had
