My experience with Harold and Dewayne was 100% top notch! I was moving from a two bedroom apartment on the 10th floor to a three story, 100+ year old Victorian and seriously underestimated what I needed moved and how difficult it would be to get everything up narrow staircases with plaster walls. These guys got everything here in perfect condition without so much as a nick in those fragile walls. My great experience started with Caroline in the front office, setting things up up in a very calm and reassuring way. Harold and Dewayne stepped in on the day of the move and took care of everything in an extremely professional manner, going above and beyond my expectations by a long shot - I highly recommend these great movers!

Woodland Moving helped me move from the Hartford area to the Albany NY area in September 2024. They were phenomenal. Chris Whittaker was the agent who made the arrangements - he was timely, very accurate, and kept me informed throughout the process. The packing and moving team was excellent - the same team worked with me on both ends of the move. Everything arrived in perfect condition - nothing scratched, broken, or missing. The final bill was EXACTLY what Chris had quoted up front…no weird add-ons or changes.

I’ve moved literally across the country a number of times, and I can tell you that woodland was perhaps the best movers I’ve ever worked with.

It’s nice to have a mover you don’t have to worry is going to add tons of extra costs when they arrive at the new location…and they hold your belongings hostage. Yes, that happens!! Not with Woodland. Six stars. Thanks Chris and team!

These movers were not good. I felt they were milking me for time. I actually started moving boxes and I think they got the hint to start actually moving faster. One guy was literally high while moving and felt a lot of the movers were more interested in moving blankets than actually moving me in. There were supposed to be 5 guys helping to move. Instead, 6 showed up. The company said it was to make the move faster. My neighbor had the same experience. I will not be using them again. Ever!
