Review:

I engaged with Woodlands Village Self Storage from out of state when needing to move a family members belongs into temporary storage. I found everyone on the phone to be pleasant and easy to work with. The temporary storage was exactly what we needed and the price was reasonable with no upselling or hassle. I recommend this business.

Based on other reviews it sounds like the storage facility is great...but their pest control practices leave a lot to be desired. They set a trap for a skunk and left it for so long that the skunk cleared out all the pine needles and dirt around the bottom of the trap trying to escape over the course of hours or days. It ended up curling into a ball and dying under the trap door.

Edit: In response to the business's reply ('sorry you had to see this...'), you can do better. You effectively tortured an animal for hours or days and let it die in a cage at the edge of your property. That isn't the mark of an 'excellent' facility. If you secure your 25 loose chickens and their food you won't need to trap and kill more wildlife. We live in a massive forest, so it's also not a bad idea (or difficult) to learn how to humanely trap and remove wildlife from your property. YouTube is a great resource, especially for learning how to approach and release skunks from live traps.

There's what looks like a bullet hole in the trap door, visible in the pictures I posted. Shooting an animal in a trap or letting one die of dehydration and stress is far from 'excellent.'
