Woodsville Self Storage

In the beginning, things went okay until I dropped off my rent within my grace period but she didn’t check her drop box for 3 days after so I still received the automated billing for a late fee. When I text her to correct it she was very rude to me. Later down the road, someone attempted to break into my storage unit as well as the one next to mine. When I went to see Linda in person, she accused me of having enemy’s in town because there’s no reason why someone would break into a unit on Main Street then she asked me if my mother tried to break in or if I have my mothers belongings in there (I do not know Linda personally and thought these questions were extremely accusations and inappropriate as well as unprofessional). My mother was actually living in Florida at the time and wasn’t even in this town, nor were any of her belongings in my unit. She said that the burglars probably only attempted to break into the one next to mine because they could have thought it was mine at first and then realized they were wrong. She then procrastinated fixing my lock for 3 weeks so I was unable to access my storage unit. No camera or night lights on the unit. Ive lived here my whole life, graduated from here, grew up a block away from the unit, love a mile away, have a college degree and have held the same job locally for 7 years. To say I felt insulted is an understatement.

I've been storing my things for almost two years now and have not had any problems.
