World Class Moving Clearly lived up to their name! Matthew the estimator and Brandy the coordinator were wonderful regarding communication and timeliness! As for the guys that did the heavy lifting, Melvin, Angel and Eddie, they were truly wonderful to work with. They took great care with every aspect of our move from the wrapping of all the furniture to placing things in our new home just where we wanted it. Nothing was damaged in the move and they were friendly and courteous even though there were endless boxes that needed to be moved. We highly recommend this company if there’s a move coming in your future! Thanks WCM Team! We appreciate you! ♥️

We only moved 2 miles but our movers were fantastic. They arrived early, packed everything with great care, even helped us put some things in our car. They unpacked everything very carefully and placed it where directed. They were friendly and courteous. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

WARNING!! Do NOT use this company. They are no longer owed by the Simonek Family and destroyed my mom's house and broke her refrigerator during her move. No one ever followed up with me on my claims. Please check out the photos, you can see the movers turned the fridge on it's side, which you are NEVER supposed to do. They left door frames and walls damaged and scuffed. My mom is out $400 in repair fees and $1,300 for a refrigerator. I won't mention the furniture or other items that were broken during the move. No one at this company cares. I called 'corporate' SEVERAL TIMES, no one ever got back to me. I also contacted the home office while the move was happening, to let them know the movers were taking several 15-30 minute breaks, and when I asked if they would be done soon (we paid for a certain amount of hours) the mover asked me if I had somewhere to be. We provided the crew with breakfast, lunch and cash tips. This company is a total scam. I was a repeat customer of Simonek, they were wonderful and I never had any issues. Avoid World Class Moving Systems, they will steal your money, ruin your furniture, damage your home, and not care at all. It's sad this is how they treat paying customers, especially senior citizen moving out of their home of 30 years.
