World Van Lines

These movers are great. I moved many times and had all kinds of experiences. World Van Lines is on the top of my list. They were punctual, fast, accommodating and took extra care with everything. On top of that, they are great professionals. I will use them again without hesitation if I have to move again.

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with World Van Lines. Christian (Sales) was very nice and professional. Actually from the 20 companies that called me to offer the moving services I have chosen World Van Lines because of Him. However the quote did not match my final invoice. When the truck came to pick up my stuff they didn’t want to take the things for that money. They asked me to pay more and they could not confirmed the the day of the delivery which was the one and only thing I have requested. They gave me a window so it was very stressful. Days prior to the delivery they told me about the fees in case they have to use stairs or walk more than certain amount of steps. It was the worst experience I could ever have since from the beginning I have asked total transparency on the quote. I have trusted and they were not clear. Teddy who picked up my stuff in West Palm Beach was extremely helpful and understanding as well as David who delivered my stuff in Philadelphia was amazing and super professional. The only thing I am missing is the remote control from my TV but I cannot blame anyone since I should have double check everything and due to the stress I went through I did not do. If I recommend this company I would definitely suggest to ask for ALL details and ALL hidden fees before accepting the quote.

These movers were awesome. They showed up a bit early and were really fast, courteous and went the extra mile to get the job done fast. They were so nice all along the way. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again if I have to move anywhere else.
