After providing the details of the move that I needed help with including the amount of rooms in the house, and what furniture was being moved TWICE, both times I was told it would take a 2 man crew 7.5 hours. The two person crew that was sent to move us took a total of 16 hours, DOUBLING the price quoted and not completing the move. Now I am in a terrible spot, having to find a vehicle to move the large items they left behind, and with much less money than I expected. I will never use this company again. We have used them previously and never had an issue, this time will be the last time. Not only am I upset, but now I have to scramble to make arrangements to be moved before the new owners take possession of my old house, PLUS- put everything away that the crew didn’t. Including large pieces that I expected to be placed where they belonged. At the end of the night I was basically begging them to just get my stuff off of their truck and get out of here. I was held hostage once my belongings were on their truck, never use their truck, always get your own uhaul and just pay for labor if you have to. I have moved myself in just as large of moves in half the time it took them.
