Their gate doesn’t open or close half the time! They expect you to pay your rent on time, but their gate doesn’t operate properly! The manager says he can’t do anything about it and won’t give the number to Tiffany who is above him. He’s not allowed to give it out so there’s nobody to help you when you want you need to get into your storage unit that you pay for what if there is a fire what if there’s an emergency fire department can’t get in. This is so not right.

I had a fantastic experience here. The manager for this location is so nice and a pleasure to do business with.
