Jason is great,but with new owners and new upper managers they change prices without any notice!!! I've been a renter. For 8 years recommend someone they had problems not me !!! they are now holding it against me never had such problems they hold things against you that has nothing to do with you other renters!!!! Would not recommend them to anyone!!!! The gate doesn't work half the time problems with gate codes days at time they are not willing to work with you all and all horrible customer service from upper management!!!!!

Drove 2 vehicles from Chino valley to clear out unit on Sunday. Code box kept saying no access. Called the towing company to help. Was told their codes don't ever work. They suggested calling Mayer fire dept which we did. Their codes don't work. They said they had to jump the gate to fiddle with the code box inside to help people stuck that couldn't get out becuz their codes won't work. Called the office number with a message they'll get back with me but had to turn around and go back home to do this another day. Rats run rampant in these units. Their prices are constantly increasing. Can't wait to get out of there

No frills, nice employee. The rates went up shortly after signing up. They've had computer issues, which resulted in potential fees,etc.
