My wife left a review already....but I will add with photos for proof

So, we spoke several times to Jarrett and my wife scheduled 2 video walkthroughs for him to assess a price and materials needed and such.

We had concerns over a new bedroom suite and living room furniture we had just purchased that was over 10k (we wanted assurance that everything would be wrapped and handled carefully)

So, over the phone, Jarret advised that he would send guys with all tools and and packing materials needed to insure a worry free move....this is not what we received.

August 1st, 3 guys show up in a rented 26' Enterprise truck to begin our move. They start with our living room furniture. MOST of the living room furniture they did wrap in moving blankets and such. I continued packing as it seemed they had the area under control. About halfway through the living room packing, they advised me they had ran out of tape, had no bubble wrap, and minimal boxes. We were told all these items would be provided. I had some extra from packing that they ended up using.

Moving on, they did not have tools to take apart our dining room table, and either ran out of moving pads or chose not to wrap the table and chairs.

Once they made it to the main bedroom, I had to disassemble the bed, which was then taken out and apparently also not wrapped....

I was packing and did not have time to watch every piece go out...they started off strong, then just gave up wrapping anything, which we found out the next day, while unpacking.

After the main house was almost fully in the truck, they pretty much gave up on a 2nd 12x24 building that we had requested to have done as well.
When pulling out of my driveway (which I advised the driver of being too narrow to get into that morning) scraped their truck along the corner of the roof causing damage to the roof.
Apparently, according to Jarrett, this was not reported.

We waited 10 days and have still not received any claim info, a call from anyone regarding the damages, and after leaving the first review, we are now blocked from cellular communication. We have also tried communicating vie email, with no response....

So, to recap.....
- You will be promised many things over the phone - and they won't have it in the contract...get it in the contract or record your phone calls as it states 'the specific details of how the job will be done will be verbally explained to the client'...which basically means nobody will ever know exactly what we were told.

- Expect workers that are contracted out to help, with them only being paid for a certain amount of time...Jarrett stated he is a one man business and he hasn't had time to respond when I contacted him from a different cell #, just before hanging up on me

- Don't expect tools, wrap, tape or any of that...it will be very minimal as to what is brought to help you move

- Expect damages and no claims or insurance, as you will be blocked. You will also be told you need proof of everything, so, make sure you have a security system to document it all.

Or, just find a better company to deal with, because now we have to take this to court.

See just a few of the photos attached...damaged chair bacn...furniture unwrapped sitting in the gravel...bent knobs...unwrapped appliances...scratches and chips in brand new furniture...and a damaged roof after telling them not to pull in the upper driveway
