Xclusive movers not only jumped in and saved the day after a scheduling disaster with another moving company, they are the best, most professional company I have personally ever worked with. Extreme attention to detail and treated all of our belongings like their own. Highly highly recommend!!!

Update: He has now blocked our phone numbers for leaving this review. Still no proof of an insurance claim, which is the only reason for the review. I've been nice about it until he stopped answering the phone.

First, he lied about having his own team. He subcontracts out, so the workers who arrived were not employees, were not prepared/paid to stay until the entire job was done. First, they hit our storage building with their moving truck. They were in a hurry and half way through, stopped wrapping and protecting our furniture. They also left several things behind. Being a state to state over, my husband had to make a long journey back to get the rest of our belongings. Then, a different crew showed up to unpack. They did a great job, but, again, were subcontracted out. We are supposed to have an insurance claim for our damaged furniture and building but Jarrett has now quit responding to my messages.

Highly recommend this company if you want peace of mind when moving. I was pleased with the communication and professionalism during the entire process, from getting a quote all the way to the unloading at my new place. Everything they transported was well protected and secured and made it to the destination in one piece. Thank you Xclusive!

Leon and Russel were Super friendly hard working young men, they were quick and took care of every piece of furniture taken out. I would recommend them to anyone needing moved.
