I used Y & O moving and storage to relocate from California to Missouri. I was a little hesitant at first because there were so many options with other companies, and I had not heard of this one yet. But after doing my research and contacting Jason, I was reassured that I would be very happy with their company and indeed, I was very pleased with the moving team assigned for this move.

This type of move in and of itself is a daunting process. Jason the moving consultant made this process as stress free as possible by explaining in great detail how things would happen. He kept me abreast at all times up to the actual day of the move, of the time and contact info of the movers, which I greatly appreciated as I am a worry wart.

Ariel the moving team leader and his crew arrived on time and were the most professional, courteous movers that anyone could hope to have. I shipped 5 rooms of furniture, not to include all of my garage and patio furniture.

They handled all of my items with the utmost care and paid exceptional detail in wrapping and preparing all of my items to avoid damage. I was shocked with the exceptional detail given to every single item in my home.

My package came with 30-days of free storage and a monthly charge thereafter if I wanted to keep my items in storage with them, until I am ready to have them shipped to my home or another storage, in Missouri.

I also appreciated the detailed itemization lists for every box and crate # each item was stored in. Who could ask for more.

Do not trust them. It is a broker and not a mover. They showed up with a rental car and then they were planning to move our stuff to another truck. That explains why they were asking for cash payment. Zero liability. I end up cancelling the move. Be aware!

Oren and Roberto did an excellent job! They took great care with all my belongings. :)

The movers were amazing . Oren & Rigo Were very professional and kind. The handled the move swiftly and made sure that I felt comfortable with the contracts and seeing my items make it into the truck. 2-21 days for delivery so I will update on when I receive my items. Thanks
