First, location as to where to pick up items, the time to pick up items won at auction was incorrect. Tried to call and only received a voice-mail. Then when we finally were able to pick up items, not all items were given and when complained about location on paid invoice was incorrect. She claimed she sent an email, which she did not. When told we tried to call her she stated 'oh was that you'. I do not recommend purchasing items from their action site on HiBid. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized.
