Deceptive Business Practices and Overcharging Alert!

I had a regrettable experience with Budget Movers. While the movers Xavier and Kevin provided excellent service, were very hardworking, great packers and extremely respectful, the owner Adam's deceitful business tactics left a sour taste in my mouth. Despite moving just 8 miles from one house to another, I was quoted $1149 but he he charged my credit card without my authorization more than double for a total of almost $2,500. This blatant overcharging and lack of transparency in pricing demonstrate the company's poor business ethics. I strongly advise against using Budget Movers and caution others to steer clear of their deceptive practices.

Kennith and Jason of Budget Movers did a great job for us. The handled everything carefully, loaded properly and unloaded out things in the storage unit efficiently. we will certainly used them for future storage needs.

Xavier and team were great to work with! Would use them again.
