Canceled the unit I rented before I moved in 3 weeks ago. I still have not received a refund of the 2 months I paid in advance plus the insurance and other charges. These people are theives they still have not returned my money 3 weeks later

I reserved and paid for a storage in Starkville MS through the customer service however, as it turns out there is a much closer to my home 30 miles away. The problem is I am ill and could not get anyone on the phone for the storage facility in my town and my daughter and son in law were coming into town to help me so I booked the storage on the phone. I called the customer service the very next day to cancel she sent an escalation notice to the manager in Starkville 4 days ago and the unit has still not been canceled so I am wondering if I going to give me refund or try to come up with a reason to try to keep my money???

Customer service is great, but the units themselves could use work. The store manager Yolanda is very kind and responded to my emails within a few hours at the longest, very prompt and professional. I did get a 5x10 that was not temp controlled, and upon arriving there were spiders throughout the unit. Had to get some serious pesticide to get rid of them and keep them out.

I used your extra closet for 2 1/2 months. Pretty expensive but not a lot of options in town. Our gate code always had malfunctions and didn’t work pretty much every time we went. I’m only leaving a review because we paid for a medium sized air-conditioned unit and were given 3072. I just feel like we got unlucky and screwed because ours had the small door instead of the larger door for loading furniture. And our building never was cooled off because the door to the building didn’t close all the way. I originally thought they just barely ran the AC —until I stepped in the other building that holds AC 3000 units. That door shuts properly and it was a breath of fresh air when you walked into it. It was actually cooled off and felt great. If we weren’t staying for just two months, I would’ve definitely asked to switch units because that’s how different the two buildings were so I just wanted to leave my review in case anybody is placed in the building that is not air conditioned properly
