Your Extra Closet - Campus

Your extra closet campus location was a wonderful storage facility! The people in the main office were kind and helpful and I never had any issues with my unit! It made my moving experience a breeze!

Yolanda would get a 5 start rating and was very helpful when we arrived and discover we needed a bigger unit and made switching over an easy experience. For some unknown reason the payment system would not accept payment from my card even though we checked that all info was correct. She allowed us to pay the difference at a later time. The online reservation system for reserving a unit is not very user friendly. It wasn’t user friendly when tying to go online a couple of days later to pay that outstanding balance for the bigger unit. Online issues are why I could not give a 5 star rating for entire experience.

Yolanda was great to work with - she accommodated my schedule and it couldn’t have been any easier to get a unit. Super friendly and helpful.
