It was so easy to rent a unit, I was able to complete everything over the phone and sifn all paperwork electronically, as I live in a different state. When I no longer needed the unit, closing the unit and the contract was just as easy.

Great location and staff was very friendly. Very easy access and great to do business with. Will most definitely use Your Extra Closet again in the future!

Whenever I needed help and I called the customer service persons were so sweet. However, I think having a rep on site should be taken into consideration again, that is if they used to do that but put a stop to it. I say this because I drove to two different locations to make enquiries and as the new person that I am, I had a hard time. I kept going back and forth especially at the first location because I thought there was an office where I could find people there so I could talk to them. Having the contact details and info on the door for potential customers is just not enough. In addition to that, please treat it as important because since your gates are secured, it means a potential client would not even be able to access the premises if there’s no one to assist. The first location I drove to for instance, the exit gate was actually opened that was how come I was able to get in but in future maybe someone wouldn’t be able to have it like that.
