Your Family Move, LLC

We used the Your Family Move team for three local moves this summer. These guys are friendly, capable, and professional. They treated our belongings with care and respect. They're a fun team to work with and get the job done quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

The office administration is a complete disaster. They do not return calls. They make promises they don't keep. They are abusive on the phone and bill you for much more than the agreed upon price. The movers on the truck are very nice themselves are very careful but that cannot make up for the inconsiderate and complete lack of customer consideration and respect that we all deserve.

What a great team. We did an interstate move and the team packed and moved us in the pouring rain. They were soaked from head to toe, but this never stopped them! Kudos to Les, Jeff and Joey for an excellent job in packing, moving, unpacking and furniture assembly. Not 1 item damaged or broken on a 400 mile trip. I will say though they really need to improve on all communications as this was quite frustrating and stressful that no one picked up the phone or answered text messages. We needed another truck and it was down to the wire to pick it up since no one in the office picked up the phone, even from the moving crew. They came 1 day late, but no one told us from the office about the schedule change. I was minutes from calling another company to move us. Would have been a 5+ star review if your communications were better. No one needs more stress when moving! The team of Les and Jeff are better than awesome and I would highly recommend them. (once you got someone on the phone!)

If I would need their services again in the future I would not hesitate contacting Your Family Move. Their drivers/handlers we extremely polite, helpful and prompt on arriving. Thank you Your Family Move. 100 % recomendation

Dan and his wonderful Crew were the best moving company we have ever used!! And we have moved so many times. They are professional, quick and a joy to work with.
They were so flexible with our moving dates and you knew they cared about our furniture and belongings. It’s wonderful to work with a local company that really cares about their work ethic and professionalism. Would HIGHLY recommend them! Moving is so stressful but having them move us made it so much more pleasant.
